Are these prices really fixed?
The prices shown are honest starting points — where each package begins for a focused scope. After a scoping call you get an exact fixed quote for your project, and once we sign, that price is locked: no hourly meters, no surprise change orders. If we underestimate the effort, that is our problem, not yours.
Why can you price fixed when most agencies bill hourly?
Because our own AI agents do a large share of the delivery work, our costs are more predictable than a headcount-based firm. We sell the outcome, and our incentive is to automate — the savings pass to you.
What happens in the AI Agent Sprint if the use case turns out not to be viable?
You still get the evaluation results, the prototype code and an honest recommendation — including "do not build this." Knowing that before a big investment is exactly what the Sprint is for.
Do you require a deposit?
For sprints and audits we invoice 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly. Enterprise terms are available for larger builds.
Can we extend after the first engagement?
Yes — most clients do. Sprints roll naturally into Builds, and Builds into Care Plans or a Fractional CTO retainer. Pricing stays consistent for returning clients.
Do you take equity instead of payment?
No. We only accept payment for our work, which keeps us focused on delivering the best outcome without conflicts of interest.
