Pricing FAQs
Are these prices really fixed?
Yes. Once we agree the scope and sign, the price is locked — no hourly meters, no surprise change orders. If we underestimate the effort, that is our problem, not yours. Larger builds get a fixed quote after a scoping call, always before contract.
Why can you price fixed when most agencies bill hourly?
Because our own AI agents do a large share of the delivery work, our costs are more predictable than a headcount-based firm. We sell the outcome, and our incentive is to automate — the savings pass to you.
What happens in the AI Agent Sprint if the use case turns out not to be viable?
You still get the evaluation results, the prototype code and an honest recommendation — including "do not build this." Knowing that before a big investment is exactly what the Sprint is for.
Do you require a deposit?
For sprints and audits we invoice 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly. Enterprise terms are available for larger builds.
Can we extend after the first engagement?
Yes — most clients do. Sprints roll naturally into Builds, and Builds into Care Plans or a Fractional CTO retainer. Pricing stays consistent for returning clients.
Do you take equity instead of payment?
No. We only accept payment for our work, which keeps us focused on delivering the best outcome without conflicts of interest.
What if my project doesn’t fit these packages?
