OmniMinds Consulting ("OmniMinds", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through omnimindsconsulting.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a remote-first company registered in India, serving clients worldwide.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our website form or contact us by email, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business email, company and team size, phone number, location, service of interest, project description and timeline. We store your enquiry and email a copy to the address you provide, with our team copied.

We also keep campaign tags, the first page visited and the referring website in your browser’s session storage. These are included with your enquiry to help us understand which campaigns bring relevant enquiries. We do not include your name, email or project details in the custom Google Analytics events we send. Optional OpenAI ad matching is explained below.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). This relies on cookies and similar identifiers. Analytics data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Client engagement data. If you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver the engagement — contractual details, billing information and any data you share with us for the project, handled under the terms of our agreement with you.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, send information you have requested, improve our website and services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use client project data to train models or for any purpose outside your engagement.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as cloud hosting (AWS), analytics (Google), optional ad measurement (OpenAI) and email delivery (Amazon SES) — each bound by their own safeguards, and where required by law. We never share your project details with third parties without your consent.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The site works fully without analytics cookies.

Optional ChatGPT ad measurement

If you choose Allow in our ad measurement prompt, we load OpenAI’s ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel to understand whether our ads lead to successful enquiries. It uses browser identifiers, cookies and the site origin, and receives a confirmation event with a random enquiry reference. The pixel’s automatic matching may detect contact details on the page, such as your name, email or phone number, and hash them in your browser before sending the resulting identifiers to OpenAI. Raw contact details are not sent through this matching. We do not add your company or project description to measurement events, and we mark our confirmation event to opt out of future user-level personalization.

The OpenAI script does not load before you allow it. Declining has no effect on your ability to send an enquiry. You can allow or withdraw permission at any time through Ad measurement preferences below the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement events; earlier events are not replayed if you later allow measurement again. This choice applies to OpenAI ad measurement and is separate from Google Analytics.

We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear your browser data. With permission, the OpenAI pixel uses the first-party cookies __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days). You can also remove stored cookies through your browser settings. Data retention and security

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and reasonable follow-up, and client data for the duration required by our agreements and law. We apply industry-standard security controls — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — the same disciplines we implement for our clients.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@omnimindsconsulting.com and we will respond promptly.

International transfers

As a remote-first company serving clients worldwide, your data may be processed outside your country. Where we do so, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
